DISAPPOINTED!!

I ordered this item for a gift, waited for over a month to receive it, I had contact with someone that works there and was assured that it was in its way, Now that the tracking says that it was delivered but we didn’t get anything there is radio silence, I’ve attempted to email and nothing in return… I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Fraud, don't buy!!!

I ordered the wand at the beginning of December, the money was taken immediately, and the wand will probably never arrive. On behalf of Wizard Wands, there is a certain Sarah Avery, who already writes the same thing in 10 emails:
"Hi Sanya
I'm coordinating this issue with my manager. Kindly give us more time to get this resolved. Thank you!"

Awesome.... SO FAR

My man ordered this for me a few weeks ago. It just got here tonight. I honestly thought it would shoot farther. But it's whatever, I'm still having fun with it. Google said it takes about 2 hours to charge . The lights turned green like 15 mins later . The magic paper feels like a thicker paper of the tissue gift bags .

Waiting over three weeks no explanation

I've not had much help on my order
Been over three weeks

Still have not recieved after 2 months

I ordered a wand for my husband 2 months ago and still have not recieved it. I'm sad because he was so excited to get it. I really hope that I can either get a refund or at least what I ordered.

Customer service

I ordered the product over 2 months ago and the product still has not arrived and with no resolution on how to process a refund or replacement. I contacted customer service about a month ago on how to go about getting the product refunded or replaced since it was probably lost in the mail. They recently told me that a supervisor would look into this. It has been 1 week now and no response from this so called supervisor. Be wary when ordering from this company. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to issue a refund or replacement but as far as I'm concerned the company is a scam.
